About The Position

This position is based in Addison, IL, at our headquarters, where you will join a thriving team. As a member of our Warehouse Team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Shipping Associates are responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading, and processing customer orders while ensuring inventory is handled safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. You'll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly while supporting both internal and external customers. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory counts and shipping accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • A team player who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of warehouse experience.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders onto delivery vehicles.
  • Prepare bills of lading and verify quantities, destinations, and routing information.
  • Sort, count, package, label, and process inventory for shipment.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Deliver materials to the loading dock and obtain required shipping documentation.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, cranes, and shrink wrap machines as needed.
  • Assist team members with problem-solving and daily warehouse operations.
  • Follow all company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Support additional warehouse responsibilities as assigned.
