The Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring all orders are shipped completely and accurately in a timely manner while following Sensitech policies and procedures. Requirements

6+ months’ experience in shipping or warehouse
The ability to stand for extended periods of time along with routine lifting of items that typically weigh up to 50 pounds.
Must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat

Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, stop-and-go manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Alert, dependable, and safety-focused.
Previous experience in manufacturing material handling or similar industrial environments.
Knowledge of parts and materials required for production operations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and ability to make quick decisions in support of a process-oriented operation.

Responsibilities

Order picking / packing
Schedule Freight Pick Ups as needed.
Perform virtual shipment of orders to customers.
Perform manual shipments to ensure timely delivery of shipment.
Check backlog daily to ensure all orders have shipped.
Perform all shipments of domestic and international sales orders completely and accurately.
