About The Position
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for loading and unloading finished products and ingredients as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to operate a forklift safely
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and floor scrubbers in safe manner
- Stage loads and double check product prior to loading to ensure accuracy
- Complete ingredient sampling and tag pallets upon receiving material
- Complete daily hold counts and enter in spreadsheet
- Move product to/from hold locations
- Complete daily HRCI counts
- Dump warehouse dumpsters
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Ensure paperwork is filled out properly
- Properly barcode, scan and locate product
- Quarterly inventory counting
- Record product codes, lot numbers, and bag quantities
- Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean following the master sanitation schedule
- Other tasks as assigned
