Requirements
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately process and document outbound shipments using shipping software and carriers
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with stock management
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
- Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, safe, and well-organized
