Requirements

• Attention to Detail & Accuracy : Crucial for correct order picking and documentation.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and move items.
• Basic Computer Skills : For picking items in our system, sending emails, etc.
• Teamwork & Communication : Working with colleagues and drivers.
• Equipment Operation : Experience with pallet jacks and RF scanners is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment : Picking items, verifying quantities, packing securely, sealing, and labeling packages for shipment.
• Inventory Management : Receiving goods, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory systems.
• Documentation : Generating packing slips, shipping labels, and maintaining logs for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Logistics : Making sure all packages are placed onto UPS trucks daily.
• Quality & Safety : Inspect items for damage, ensure packaging meets standards, report discrepancies, and operate equipment safely (paper and bubble machines, pallet jacks).
• Workspace Maintenance : Keeping the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and ready for operation.
