Shields Manufacturing in Tualatin, Oregon is an industry leader and Value-Add, climate-controlled production facility specializing in CNC machining and complex mechanical/optical/laser assembly including clean-room environments. Our business not only provides manufacturing expertise for OEM's with low volume/high mix needs, we also provide higher volume opportunities with our expanding cell system capability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and an ERP / MPR computer system.
- Detail orientated, with exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify problems, develop and evaluate options, and recommend solutions
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Deliver finished goods to customer sites via delivery truck.
- Checks material received against vendor invoices, orders
- Receives and prepares incoming material for input into inventory.
- Verifies quantity and condition of material.
- Maintains inventory count and resolves discrepancies.
- Delivers material to work centers.
- Compare and verify identifying information (counts, weights) against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
- Operate tier-lift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.
