Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years in role with similar requirements.
• Keyboarding skills (entering data accurately), utilizing the internet, e-mail.
• Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times.
• Ability to work independently from verbal and/or written instructions from the Production Leadership.
• Reliable/good attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in tools properly and swiftly, prepping completed jobs to be shipped back to the customer/tool shop.
• Assist in areas of package and prep, load, and unload trucks as needed.
• Complete customers paperwork, shipping and receiving paperwork - FedEx, UPS, shippers etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into SAP system.
• Operate tool room equipment such as cranes and hi-lows.
• Provide secondary/back up support in other areas, such as Tool Prep (cleaning and prepping tools) and Laser (loading tools in laser engraving machine), etc.
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Communicate problems in a timely manner to Management.
