About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving person to support daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials and finished products. This role plays a key part in inventory accuracy, freight coordination, and on‑time deliveries while working closely with internal teams and outside vendors. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and keeping things moving efficiently, this may be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, load, unload, and transport incoming and outgoing materials from internal and external vendors
• Verify shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness; report and resolve discrepancies
• Process and maintain all shipping & receiving paperwork and electronic records
• Accurately manage inventory using the TCM system
• Coordinate with outside vendors and internal sales teams to secure optimal freight rates
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shipping/receiving area in compliance with company procedures
