About The Position

This role ensures customer shipments are filled on time and in the correct quantities. The technician will read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily shipping and receiving tasks. Operating shipping and receiving computer systems, fork trucks, and associated equipment is required. The position also involves ensuring inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace. Collaboration with operations, engineering, sales, and quality departments is expected. The role also includes maintaining equipment and housekeeping within the work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, comprehend and understand work instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Basic computer skills
Ability to operate fork truck, stock picker, electric hoist, scales, and label machines
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Must be able to wear a face respirator
Must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. person under relevant regulations.

Nice To Haves

Dangerous goods experience
Complete forklift certification within 60 days of employment
