We are seeking a highly motivated Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our Operations team. A qualified candidate is responsible for packing and shipping customer orders, receiving incoming materials including managing inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 4+ years’ experience in Shipping/Receiving.
Good understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Detail-oriented, efficient and a team player.
Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office/Windows.
Available to work extended hours.
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in ISO 13485 and GMP environment is a plus.
Experience working with major shippers: FedEx, UPS and DHL highly desired.

Responsibilities

Fill customer orders per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to the correct courier.
Receive and inspect incoming raw materials per SOPs. Document daily receiving log.
Assist in organizing warehouse inventory and routine inventory counts. Maintain good records of warehouse activities. Apply applicable labels to the inventory items in the warehouse.
Maintain and organize adequate shipping supplies.
Use manual and electric pallet jacket as needed.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in Shipping/Receiving area.
Assist in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.
