About The Position

At Blend Supply, the Shipping & Receiving Specialist is where precision meets pride. You’re the person who makes sure aerospace and industrial customers get exactly what they ordered, exactly when they need it, with paperwork and quality that hold up to the highest standards in the business. This isn’t “box in, box out.” You’ll own the flow of product through the warehouse for our contract accounts, cross-train across the operation, and have a direct hand in building processes that make the whole team better. We’re a family-owned company that takes AS9100 aerospace quality seriously and takes care of the people who deliver it. In fact, our employees have voted Blend a Great Place to Work three years running. If you take ownership of your work, like variety in your day, and want to grow your skills, you’ll fit here. Blend is fully on board with modern technology, and that includes AI. We actively use AI applications like Claude to help our team work smarter—handling the busywork so our people can focus on customers, thinking, and the judgment calls that matter. If you're curious about new tools and excited to work somewhere that gives you a real edge instead of holding you back, you'll fit right in.
