Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the shipping and receiving of goods, including processing orders, preparing shipments, and tracking inventory
• Conduct quality control checks on received goods to ensure they meet company standards
• Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other related data
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment status and any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with our logistics and customer service teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues in a timely and professional manner
