Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting our service and parts teams. Requirements

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work with computers and inventory systems throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Process parts requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders.
Stock and organize parts inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Assist Parts Department staff with locating and distributing parts.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Help maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
