Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift
About The Position
PMC SMART Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for their 1st shift operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of life-saving medical devices and safety-enhancing automotive components. The successful candidate will join a growing team in a manufacturing environment and have the opportunity to impact people's lives. Requirements
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations essential to the job.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control are required.
- Good computer skills.
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 55 pounds, overhead.
- Will be required to obtain a fork truck license.
- Communication - use written and verbal communication to align expectations, provide feedback and share progress with other team members.
- Customer Oriented - mindset connecting with customers (internal or external) to find out what they want and how satisfied they are with what they are getting.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all products are shipped correctly and in a timely manner.
- Schedule freight carriers and maintain accurate records.
- Remain in compliance with shipping regulations.
- Distribute items received to the correct area/team members.
- Responsible for maintaining the finished product area organized.
