Requirements
- HS diploma or GED preferred but not required. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping/receiving experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments in a timely and efficient manner to meet delivery requirements.
- Maintain organized inventory records and ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of materials and products.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and ensure the timely movement of materials.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and audits, investigate discrepancies, and assist in maintaining inventory integrity.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
