We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk professional to join our logistics team! IVS is a software company passionate about helping our clients use video to advance their organization's purpose. Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple duties efficiently and with accuracy
- Creativity, strong independent work ethic. There are no micro-managers here
- Ability to quickly understand technology. General understanding of AV will be helpful
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience in warehouse of logistics role preferred
- Working knowledge with Office, Word, and Warehouse Management Systems (Fishbowl)
- Knowledge of shipping methods
Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack and prepare equipment for IVS customers.
- Performing pre-fabrication/assembly/configuration duties when needed.
- Assisting with management of all inventories.
- Testing defective equipment for warranty returns.
