The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will keep records of all goods shipped and received. They are also responsible for maintaining records, preparing shipments, sorting packages, and accepting deliveries. This role involves managing the shipping and receiving function, including entering received shipments into the system, preparing shipments, sorting packages, and accepting deliveries. It also includes scheduling freight pickups and deliveries, resolving customer shipping complaints, and fulfilling sales orders by picking, packaging, labeling, and shipping required parts. The clerk will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency and timeliness, maintain a clean work area, and adhere to state and federal laws, the ISO Quality program, and the safety program. Flexibility to work in other departments is also required, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
