Performs general office duties for both the Grocery and General Merchandise departments. Prepares paperwork for order selectors. Extracts orders and organizes them to be picked. Runs, prints, and verifies purchase orders. Creates pallet moves and adjusts inventory. Answers phone and directs calls. Keeps office neat, clean, and organized. Assists in other offices as needed. Replaces ribbons, filters, and paper in printer. Sends pre-order program as directed on weekends. Performs other job related duties and special projects as required.
