About The Position
Peter Boulware Automotive Group, proud operator of Peter Boulware Toyota and Peter Boulware Lexus in Tallahassee, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our busy Parts Department. As part of our growing team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service technicians and customers moving forward with the right parts at the right time.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (may include occasional local deliveries)
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments of vehicle parts and accessories
- Verify orders against packing slips and purchase orders
- Organize and stock parts in the warehouse efficiently and safely
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders to customers and other dealerships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Provide excellent internal customer service to our service department and sales team
