General Summary: Shipping and Receiving functions related to incoming and outgoing supplies and product.
Requirements
- Be able to read, write and speak fluent English, additional languages a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse activities a plus
- Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Receiving packages
- Shipping packages
- Reviewing packing slips
- Reviewing Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of analysis
- Reviewing and preparing shipping Labels
- Following a Shipping Schedule
- Reviewing the label review check forms
- Maintaining the shipping material supplies
- Utilize computer software and hardware to prepare documentation to ship Items.
- Maintain shipping and receiving files
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
