About The Position

Skyliner Fabrics Inc. - Missouri is hiring Shipping and Receiving Associates to perform tasks involved in producing its products. The role prepares products and paperwork for delivery and shipment, receives incoming product, and assists with production of finished product as needed. Associates follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to support efficient and safe production.

Skyliner Fabrics, Inc. produces a liner system designed to make metal buildings more energy efficient and brighter while meeting energy standards and codes. Combined with insulation, the system provides low-performance U-factors (installed R-values), can reduce heating and air-conditioning costs, improves lighting efficiency, and provides construction workers with fall protection.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Shipping & Receiving position is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift; previous certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the paperwork required for distribution and shipping of products.
• Load all product onto trucks for delivery.
• Receive goods into inventory and place products in appropriate stock locations.
• Package products according to procedures and prepare them for shipment and delivery.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Operate a forklift.
• Assist the Machine Operator as needed.
• Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits.
