About The Position
The Shipping & Receiving Associate manages incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and supplies to support operations. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and proper documentation while working closely with technicians and vendors. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and state inspection license.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, automotive parts, warehouse, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and materials.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and core parts.
- Maintain organized parts storage areas and update inventory systems.
- Label, distribute, and track parts to appropriate repair jobs.
- Communicate delivery discrepancies or damaged items to management.
- Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts accuracy and availability.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
