About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, tracking, and shipping products and materials. This role works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and vendors to ensure accurate inventory movement and timely shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using scanners and inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders and materials
• Track and update incoming and outgoing shipments
• Unload deliveries and organize inventory
• Scan, count, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pull, pack, and stage products for shipment
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized
• Work with drivers, vendors, and team members to coordinate deliveries
• Support warehouse operations as needed
