About The Position

The Shipping and Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing domestic and international small freight orders, ensuring accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and proper shipping documentation. This role assembles and prepares shipments, coordinates with carriers, and maintains inventory accuracy while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, order fulfillment, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience processing domestic and international orders preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements preferred; Ability to navigate complex international shipping regulations in 70+ countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft D365 and CRM systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to quality service.
  • Ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and work respectfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill domestic and international parts orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare shipments and required shipping documentation, including invoices, certificates of origin, and carrier paperwork.
  • Coordinate with customers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure successful order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory control processes.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, billing, and order records, including country-specific requirements and order modifications.
  • Review freight invoices and collaborate with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support departmental operations by managing supplies and contributing to a collaborative, problem-solving team environment.
