Requirements

• Previous shipping and logistics experience
• Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, both domestically and internationally
• Knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Codes and completing commercial invoices
• Experience with SAP, Xero, or similar inventory software
• Strong mastery of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Detail and deadline-oriented, with strong follow through
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess a positive work attitude with the ability to work on many projects at one time

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in entertainment and/or music industries a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international
• Work across all departments, 3P distributors, and other parties to ensure product gets to the right place, on time, and at the best possible cost
• Ensure all shipments are compliant with interstate traffic laws and regulations
• Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
• Work with vendors and warehouses on proper documentation to match receiving logs
• Receive and transfer product so location and invoicing is correct
• Monitor production team open purchase orders to ensure timely receiving of goods
