About The Position

Pizza Pizza is Canada’s favorite pizza chain and is currently looking for Warehouse Team Members to join their team. They are looking for individuals to make each and every occasion with them an enjoyable and memorable experience for both our customers and our team members. Permanent Full-Time shifts are available: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday to Friday or Monday to Friday). The Pizza Pizza distribution center is situated at 500 Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke, Ontario, M8Z 5E5.

Requirements

  • Possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to thrive within a high-velocity operational environment.
  • Physically capable of manually lifting weights between 50 and 60 lbs.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong orientation toward achieving results.
  • Valid forklift certification and relevant industrial experience.
  • Current and valid forklift licensure is required.
  • The use of certified safety footwear is a mandatory requirement.
  • Successful candidates must possess independent and reliable transportation to the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently fulfill customer orders and prepare pallets for distribution.
  • Secure cargo using industrial wrapping materials.
  • Execute the loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
  • Adhere strictly to all established organizational policies and operational protocols.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a hygienic and orderly work environment.
  • Undertake additional professional duties as assigned by management.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against accompanying invoices.
  • Document inventory discrepancies and manage the rejection of damaged merchandise.

  • The standard rate of pay is $20.00 per hour (for 40-44 hours per week), complemented by a $1.00 per hour night shift premium.
