Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Motivated, self starter with excellent communication skills & detail oriented.
- Must be organized & able to work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of computers & data entry.
- Work independently.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to follow instructions & keep notes.
- Flexible to changes.
- Ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Prep files for shipment.
- Review imaged file before shipping.
- Prepare imaged files & paper files by adding required documents.
- Assemble imaged & paper file according to investor instructions.
- Contacts branches for missing documents from imaged files
- Assists twice a week, logging in as Received, paper files & electronic Ready to Ship notification from branches.
- Phone coverage for break relief every other month.
