About The Position
The Gear Centre Group is hiring a Shipper/Receiver - Parts Person Trainee for their West Edmonton location. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to enter the parts industry, acquire practical experience, and develop into a Parts Person / Inside Sales professional. The position involves receiving, organizing, and storing parts, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, coordinating shipments and customer pick-ups, and supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. The trainee will also learn parts identification, catalogues, and internal systems, with the goal of training towards a Parts Person / Inside Sales role. Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Interest in automotive, heavy truck, equipment, or mechanical parts
- Good computer and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driver’s abstract

- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, parts, or customer service experience
