Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role preferred
• Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning various vendor software
• Proven customer service skills
• Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail within a fast paced environment
• Ability problem solve, think critically, and make decisions
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. repeatedly

Nice To Haves

• Experience relating to pharmaceuticals is an asset

Responsibilities

• Working with external stakeholders to resolve time-sensitive delivery issues, ultimately ensuring the parcel is delivered to the intended destination
• Verifying shipments are sent to the correct location and as per the expected delivery schedule
• Working with external stakeholders in our delivery process, from route drivers to account managers
• Working with each vendor's shipping software to create waybills for specific locations
• Packing pharmaceutical products as per seasonal protocols
• Assist with dispensing activities, such as filling and labelling medication
• Assist with inventory activities, such as receiving orders and counting inventory weekly
• Participating in responding to communication from various stakeholders, including monitoring email accounts and answering phones
