This role is responsible for exemplifying customer service standards, assisting management with shipment planning, processing shipments, managing inventory records, directing merchandise flow, ticketing and stocking merchandise, organizing the stockroom, processing inventory paperwork, maintaining records of off-site merchandise, executing timely processing of donations and MOS merchandise, packing and logging shipments, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, completing daily tasks, potentially supervising and training stock associates, assisting on the sales floor as needed, complying with company policies, and ensuring stockroom procedures minimize loss.
