We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Part-time Shipper/Receiver based out of Sudbury, ON location (1300 Lorne Street, Sudbury, ON, P3C 5N1). This role will be part time (20 hours per week) with working hours of Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably an industrial setting
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive approach to all tasks
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Effective time management and punctuality
• Superior organizational skills
• Team player who is ready and willing to jump in to support
• Basic level or higher knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hand tools and warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklifts, etc) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and on time
• Verify products are correctly identified, labeled, and undamaged in accordance with company procedures; report receiving discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Move inventory to designated storage and put-away areas efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule incoming shipments to support smooth warehouse operations
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Assist with scheduled physical inventory counts
• Provide back up support to Counter & Inside Sales staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
