About The Position

California Surveying & Drafting Supply (CSDS) is seeking a motivated, service-oriented, experienced Warehouse/Delivery Driver associate for its Anaheim office. The role performs general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and delivery duties, including completing deliveries safely and on time, maintaining the vehicle and warehouse, keeping records, cycle-counting inventory, and operating a forklift and other equipment. It also includes returning signed paperwork to CSRs and handling general branch administration and other duties assigned or required by the production manager. The successful candidate is energetic, organized, safety-oriented, and able to work both within a team and with minimal supervision. They should be able to manage time, take initiative, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and provide strong internal and external customer service in a potentially fast-paced environment. CSDS is a California-based solutions provider serving architects, engineers, contractors, land surveyors, and GIS professionals. Its products and services span GPS, laser, optical, scanning, mapping, 3D, and large-format printing technologies, as well as product support, training, and rentals.

Requirements

Experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, and delivery duties.
Current forklift certification.
Ability to manage time and take initiative successfully.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work appropriately while remaining calm and upbeat in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.
Proven experience managing cycle-count inventory.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems.
Safety-oriented; dangerous-goods training.
Experience driving a cube truck.
Solid internal and external customer service experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SAP is a key asset.

Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and delivery duties.
Complete daily deliveries in a timely and safe manner.
Maintain a neat vehicle and a clean driving record.
Maintain and organize warehouse and delivery records in the computer database.
Cycle-count inventory.
Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse area.
Operate a forklift and other equipment.
Return signed paperwork to CSRs.
Perform general branch administration and other duties assigned or required by the production manager.
Use personal protective equipment, including safety shoes.
