About The Position

Nice-Pak is a leading manufacturer of wipes for major retailers, committed to helping the world stay healthy and well. They are looking for excellent new team members who can meet and exceed expectations. This role is responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will work with a team of warehouse operators and partner with cross-functional teams from Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Production.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand basic math principles.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Resourceful on a computer, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to determine when it's the right time to do which task.
• Ability to stand and be mobile to collaborate within the warehouse.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to stretch, bend, squat, climb, or lift up to 25 pounds to complete a task.

Nice To Haves

• A high school education/GED and/or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Input data daily in reports as assigned.
• Maintain Shipping Schedule integrity.
• Maintain Driver log integrity.
• Verify all shipments in WMS.
• Follow CGMP standards.
• End of month reporting verification and validation.
• Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading.
• Verify order quantities to ensure they are shipping complete.
• Email paperwork to carriers and broker.
• Support the culture of safety and hold others accountable.
• Communicate in a respectful, professional, and purposeful way, both in writing and verbally.
• Approve payroll on time, coach for success, be a good listener, provide direct feedback in a respectful manner, and be fair.
• Prioritize safety and quality above all things, always.
• Be a champion of Nice-Pak; protect people, products, and the environment.
