About The Position

As a Shipping and receiving clerk, you would be responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of product to meet company standards of safety, quality and productivity. You would work with a team of warehouse operators and other Inventory professionals to assist you and count on you for daily partnership. You also could work closely with and partner with cross-functional team members from the Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Production departments.

Responsibilities

• Input data daily in reports as assigned.
• Maintain Shipping Schedule integrity
• Maintain Driver log integrity
• Verify all shipments in WMS
• Follow CGMP standards.
• End of month reporting verification and validation.
• Client Relations Organization Analysis
• Effective email, phone, and interpersonal communication.
• Manage outbound paperwork flow from office to warehouse operative for loading.
• Verify order quantities to ensure they are shipping complete
• Email paperwork to carriers and broker
