About The Position

Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan. You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs. Current service offerings: Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, & Holiday Light Installations You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader. You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work.

Requirements

Must like to work with people
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.
Must not be afraid of heights
Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity
Must be willing to maintain high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback.

Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $15-20 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
