About The Position

Ecolab is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team at its Grapevine, Texas location. The role is responsible for meeting safety, quality, and productivity metrics; overseeing logistics operations; and driving process improvements and operational redesign projects. The supervisor works with cross-functional teams on logistics issues and warehouse and network design initiatives, supports site TPM goals, and helps improve performance against site metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma or equivalent/GED plus 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or related environment.
• 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Access, and Excel.
• Previous project management experience.
• Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, think critically, and work well in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–15 direct reports and hold them accountable to savings and productivity standards.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing, and customer service.
• Partner with Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to identify and resolve logistics-related quality and service issues.
• Assist in developing the site logistics budget and continuously improving year-over-year performance against metrics.
• Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs.
• Monitor fixed assets and coordinate approved capital improvement projects in functional areas.
• Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports.
• Resolve quality, service, and cost issues.
• Support oversight of inventory levels.
• Support site TPM goals.
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.
