About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in molding, plastics manufacturing, or a related manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Lean, etc.)
• Ability to drive accountability and achieve production goals
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, overtime as needed
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• 1–3 years of molding, plastics, or related industry experience
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with employee coaching, conflict resolution, and team development
• Knowledge of ISO and TS quality standards
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Forklift operation may be required
