About The Position

The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. This role involves assisting with staff recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints. The supervisor will also monitor inventory, manage costs, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain records, and collaborate with management on strategies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shift
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching restaurant staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including sales and inventory reports
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures and policies
