About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck. You’ll guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts, keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher, support training and coaching—building up your crew each day, help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro, jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—you name it, and keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth. Requirements

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included)
• You’re all about delivering great food and great vibes
