About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the management team in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives. This role involves training staff on production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities to meet performance standards. This position may require working long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to learn how to correctly use all point of sale and donation systems, office computer and telephone.
Skills to work in stressful conditions and use good judgment, patience and understanding.
Follow oral and written instructions.
Familiarity with business-related mathematics.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

One year of retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
