Experience with inventory management and ordering systems
Certification in food safety or ServSafe (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual capabilities

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performance
Handle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliation
Answer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concerns
Oversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their duties
Maintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvement
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as needed
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all shift operations
Train and mentor team members on procedures, customer service, and operational excellence
