The Shift Supervisor ensures an environment that encourages client teaching, mentoring, and coaching by all DSPs. They monitor the active treatment, skill development, and growth of all clients. This role is responsible for DSP growth and development, creating a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The Shift Supervisor acts as the liaison between the responsible site and all operational departments, and is fiscally responsible for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, etc. They also maintain all operational property in a respectful manner.
