About The Position

Unidine is hiring immediately for an on call SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. This role directs the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversees that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. The culinary team is the core of our business, and this role has opportunities to enhance lives, create connections, and make a difference by creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

Previous food service experience is required.
Previous healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
