We’re looking for dependable leaders who enjoy working with people, delivering great service, and keeping a busy shift running smoothly. Villa Restaurant Group is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants, quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete airport badging requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Starbucks or coffee shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts and support the barista team.
• Assign tasks and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards.
• Provide friendly service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Coach team members and assist with training.
