About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll operate and monitor production lines that turn raw resin into film used in packaging that protects food, keeps medicine safe, and cuts down on waste. Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds
3+ years in leadership experience
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Help operate and support production lines
Ensures plant is operating safely and all safety precautions are being taken by employees
Responsible for the management of a shift of employees by assigning responsibilities, delegating tasks and responsibilities and training and development for employees
Conducts performance evaluations and makes recommendations of assigned staff at the discretion of the Production Manager
Oversees shift to ensure production is running lean and staying on schedule
Performs daily audits and reports any issues in a timely matter
Promote continual KPI improvements and active contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
Continuous Improvement mindset. Drive projects and team to excellence
Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Collaborate with your team during shift changeovers
