About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of employees and strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and helps ensure company policies and practices are followed. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $14.50–$15.00, with stated annual compensation of $35,500–$37,000.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
