About The Position

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to Burger King policies and procedures.
- Delegate tasks and manage workflow effectively to ensure efficient service and product delivery.
- Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, and making deposits.
- Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform various duties such as cooking, cleaning, and customer service as needed.
- Enforce company policies regarding employee conduct, safety, and security.
