About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to lead our Burger King team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and supporting team members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of products and service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
