About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to perform all Car Wash Attendant duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, follow "DRB Protocol", and complete the "Supervisor Level DRB" training course. Additionally, they must attend Preventative Maintenance Training, complete 5-Day Preventative Maintenance Reports, arrive on time, and adhere to the dress and appearance code. A minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA) is required before advancement. The role involves a significant amount of customer interaction (60%), site upkeep (30%), opening/closing procedures (5%), and basic troubleshooting (5%).

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to work weekends.
  • Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

  • Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Satisfactorily completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.

  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Assists the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
  • Cleans out solenoids.
