About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to perform all Car Wash Attendant duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, and follow specific protocols. This position requires attending Preventative Maintenance Training, completing reports, and adhering to the company's dress code. Advancement to this role requires a minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA).

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to work weekends.
• Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
• Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
• Greets customers, answers questions, and explains available wash options.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and reports inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Satisfactorily completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
• Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues and follows "DRB Protocol".
• Completes "Supervisor Level DRB" training course.
• Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
• Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
• Performs customer interaction (60%).
• Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining the site (30%).
• Handles opening/closing procedures (5%).
• Performs basic troubleshooting (5%).
• Enforces all safety policies.
• Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
• Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
• Cleans out solenoids.
